FAQ

Answers to the questions we hear most often. Anything not covered here, call (940) 241-8073.

Yes. Our certified translations comply with 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3): signed certification, translator contact information, a statement of completeness and accuracy, and the date of certification. We have a consistent record of acceptance from USCIS, EOIR courts, the Social Security Administration, and federal and state court systems. If your authority has additional formatting requirements, tell us at the time of order.
We match by professional background, not just language pair. An oil and gas contract goes to a translator who has worked in the energy sector. A clinical patient record goes to someone with medical training. An academic transcript goes to someone familiar with the academic credential system in the source country. We never assign specialist content to a general translator.
We accept Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF (text and scanned), InDesign packages, and most CMS export formats. We return files in the same format as received wherever possible. For scanned PDFs we perform OCR and note any areas where scan quality may affect accuracy.
Yes. We regularly work with Texas Railroad Commission filings, TCEQ environmental submissions, federal court documents for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas, and Texas state court proceedings. Our translators know the procedural and terminological standards expected in these contexts.
Our express 48-hour add-on covers most document types. For same-day requests, call (940) 241-8073 before placing an order. We confirm feasibility before you pay anything. We do not accept orders we cannot complete on time.
Verifiable translation errors reported within seven days of delivery are corrected at no charge. For major quality failures affecting more than 20% of a document, we offer complete re-translation or a full refund at your choice. Cancellations before work begins are fully refunded. See our Refund Policy for the complete terms.
Yes. We work with energy companies and their legal teams across the Permian Basin, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, and with clients from the Gulf Coast, Rocky Mountain region, and internationally. Most of our energy-sector projects involve documents for FERC, the EPA, or cross-border transactions with Latin American and Canadian partners.
All translations are delivered digitally by email or secure download link. We do not ship physical documents for standard orders. Notarization coordination is available as an add-on service, which involves a notary public signing the translator certification -- the document is then returned to you digitally.
