These Terms govern all transactions between sharptranslations LLC () and clients. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
sharptranslations provides professional translation, localization, and interpretation services delivered digitally. All services are delivered by email or secure download link. No physical documents are shipped for standard orders.
All prices are quoted in USD and fixed at order confirmation. Starting rates on the website apply to typical projects. Exact pricing is confirmed before work begins and before payment.
Payment is required in full before work begins, processed via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not accept checks, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency for standard orders.
Delivery dates are confirmed at order. If we cannot meet a confirmed deadline, we notify you at least 12 hours in advance. Late delivery due to our error entitles you to a discount per our Delivery Policy.
Verifiable translation errors reported within 7 days of delivery are corrected at no charge. Style changes or source document changes after translation begins are treated as new work.
Full copyright in translated work passes to you upon receipt of complete payment.
All client documents are treated as confidential. Translators are bound by project-specific NDAs.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages from translation errors not reported within the 7-day revision window.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
